Moshe Kakun – CEO
.Moshe Kakun, lives in Moshav Nir Moshe. Married to Liat and father to Guy Ella and Alon
Moshe is one of the founders of Ofek Enterprises and Real Estate Development. In his previous position, he was involved in the initiation, construction and management of real estate projects for housing for rent. In the process of establishing the Ofek company, he was one of the leaders in the process of assimilating the innovative concept of real estate for rent and leads the business development area of the group, which is expressed in locating the real estate suitable for the company’s assets and initiating successful real estate transactions of the group. In the military service, he served as an assistant commander in the Givati Brigade and as a reserve commander in the reserve brigade of the Bahad 1 Army, Gefen Battalion
Guy Segev – CFO and Investments
.Guy Segev, lives in Tel Aviv, married to Adi, and father to Maya and Mika
Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management, and a master’s degree in law, Bar Ilan University
Guy is an accountant by training and serves as the group’s CFO. In addition, Guy leads the group’s business development and the development of the financial models for the various projects. In his previous role, Guy worked at PwC Israel and accompanied dozens of start-ups from the establishment phase to product development, including their issuance in the stock market. Today, he combines his work with volunteering as a consultant in several leadership programs for start-ups and as a consultant in the “Bells” organization, a non-profit organization whose goal is to help families in financial difficulties. He previously served as an officer in the military attaché at the Israeli embassy in Washington and currently serves in the reserves in the intelligence wing

Lihi graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University and is a certified public accountant. In her previous positions, Lihi worked as an accountant in a multinational company and as a manager in the accounting firm Kesselman and Kesselman PwC Israel
Lihi is the group’s payroll accountant and manages the company’s marketing and assets in the central region. Lihi is engaged in business development of projects in the central region
Noya Tibi – Project management and property marketing

גיא שגב- סמנכ”ל כספים והשקעות
גיא שגב, מתגורר בתל אביב, נשוי לעדי, ואבא למאיה ומיקה.
בוגר תואר ראשון בחשבונאות וניהול עסקים, ותואר שני במשפטים, אוניברסיטת בר אילן.
גיא הוא רואה חשבון בהכשרתו ומשמש כסמנכ”ל הכספים של הקבוצה. בנוסף, גיא מוביל את תחום הפיתוח העסקי של הקבוצה ופיתוח המודלים הפיננסיים של הפרויקטים השונים. בתפקידו הקודם גיא עבד ב-PwC Israel וליווה עשרות סטארט-אפים משלב ההקמה ועד פיתוח המוצר כולל הנפקתם בבורסה. כיום, משלב את עבודתו עם התנדבות כיועץ במספר תוכניות מנהיגות לסטארט-אפים וכיועץ בארגון “פעמונים”, ארגון ללא מטרות רווח שמטרתו לסייע למשפחות בקשיים כלכליים. בעבר שירת כקצין בנספחות הצבאית בשגרירות ישראל בוושינגטון וכיום משרת במילואים באגף המודיעין.
ליהי נבט – חשבת, ניהול ושיווק נכסים
ליהי נבט, מתגוררת בקיבוץ משמרות נשואה לאילן, ושלושת ילדיה, עידו, עמית ועומר.
ליהי הינה בוגרת תואר ראשון בחשבונאות וכלכלה מאוניברסיטת תל אביב והינה רואת חשבון מוסמכת. בתפקידיה הקודמים עבדה ליהי כחשבת בחברה רב לאומית ומנהלת בפירמת רואה החשבון קסלמן וקסלמן PwC Israel.
ליהי הינה חשבת הקבוצה ומנהלת את שיווק ונכסי החברה באזור המרכז. ליהי עוסקת בפיתוח עסקי של פרוייקטים באזור המרכז.
נויה טיבי- ניהול פרויקטים ושיווק נכסים
נויה טיבי, מתגוררת בנתיבות.
בעלת תואר ראשון בניהול ומשאבי אנוש . סטודנטית לתואר שני בבן גוריון במנהל עסקים התמחות בייעוץ אירגוני.
בעברה הייתה מנהלת שיווק ומכירה ברדיו דרום, ובעלת ניסיון רב בתחום הניהול השיווק והשירות.

סיון אליאסי מתגוררת בבאר שבע נשואה לאליאור ואמא לשליו, טליה ושיר. אחראית על תחום הנה”ח בחברה. למדה תואר בכלכלה וניהול , הנהלת חשבונות סוג 3 ,עם ניסיון של 7 שנים בתחום ניהול חשבונות.
אשר אלפסי – מנהל תחזוקה
אשר אלפסי, מתגורר בבאר שבע עם אשתו ורוניקה וארבעת ילדיו: עוז, מתן, לוטם ושילו.
מנהל את מערך התחזוקה בכלל הנכסים ברמה הארצית. בעל ניסיון רב בתחומי הבניין, התחזוקה, מיזוג אוויר, בטיחות אש ועוד.
